• AI Processing: Resume text is sent to Google Gemini API for parsing and form-filling. This data is processed per Google's API terms and is not used for model training.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
