Install the Chrome Extension

Go to Settings in your dashboard and click 'Install from Chrome Web Store'. Add the extension to Chrome — you'll see the JobEasyApply icon appear in your toolbar. This extension securely syncs your LinkedIn session so our cloud can apply on your behalf.

💡 Pro Tip: The extension doesn't track you or collect browsing data. It only syncs your LinkedIn login cookie.

Set Your Job Preferences

Still in Settings, configure your job search criteria. Enter your target job titles (e.g., 'Software Engineer, React Developer'), preferred locations, experience level, and work type. You can also set salary filters and exclude companies you don't want to apply to — like your current employer.

💡 Pro Tip: Be specific with job titles for better matches. Add 3-5 variations of your target role.

Add Your Free Gemini AI Key

Scroll to the 'Google Gemini AI' section in Settings. Click the link to aistudio.google.com/api-keys, copy your free API key, and paste it here. This AI engine dynamically answers every recruiter question on your application forms — things like 'How many years of React experience?' or 'Why are you interested in this role?' — using your resume context.

💡 Pro Tip: The Gemini API key is completely free with generous limits. It costs you nothing.

Connect to LinkedIn

Click the JobEasyApply extension icon in your Chrome toolbar. Click 'Sign in via Dashboard' to connect your account. Then click 'Connect to LinkedIn Now'. If it says 'Log into LinkedIn first', simply open linkedin.com in a new tab, log in normally, then come back and click connect again. Once connected, hit 'Sync LinkedIn Now' to send your session securely to our cloud.

💡 Pro Tip: If your LinkedIn session expires, just click 'Sync LinkedIn Now' again from the extension. It takes 5 seconds.

Upload Resume & Fill Your Profile

Go to the Profile section in your dashboard and upload your resume (PDF). Our AI automatically parses your skills, experience, and education. Then fill out the Default Answers section — these are questions nearly every recruiter asks: years of experience, current/expected CTC, notice period, work authorization, visa sponsorship, willingness to relocate. Fill these once, and the AI uses them across all your applications.

Go back to Settings. Set your daily application limit based on your plan — 10 for Free Trial, 20 for Standard (₹499/mo), or 40 for Pro (₹999/mo). Then flip the Auto-Apply switch ON. That's it. Do I need to keep my computer on?

Will LinkedIn ban my account?
JobEasyApply is designed with account safety as a top priority. Applications are sent at natural, human-like intervals throughout the day — not hundreds at once. We use isolated cloud browsers with residential IPs, not browser extensions that inject scripts into LinkedIn.
What happens if a form has a question the AI can't answer?

Can I review applications before they're submitted?
Auto-Apply submits automatically for efficiency. However, you can see every application, the AI's answers, and match scores in your dashboard. You can also adjust your job preferences and daily limits at any time.
What if I get hired? How do I stop?
Congratulations! Just go to Settings and toggle Auto-Apply OFF. You can also cancel your subscription at any time — no long-term contracts.
