JobEasyApply is an AI-powered automation platform that assists users in the job application process. The Service parses user-uploaded resumes, matches user profiles to job postings, and automates the submission of job applications on behalf of the user through supported job board platforms.

The Service acts as a tool operated at the user's direction. Users remain fully responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted through the Service and for compliance with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms they choose to use with the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

The Service may interact with third-party job board platforms on your behalf and at your direction. JobEasyApply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party job board or professional networking platform.

You acknowledge that the use of automation tools may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party platforms. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms. JobEasyApply is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the Service in connection with third-party platforms, including but not limited to account restrictions or suspensions imposed by those platforms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

JobEasyApply offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. All payment processing is subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are offered.

7. Data and Security

8. Intellectual Property
